Connected services

Apps and chats can work with your accounts on external services: Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive, and whatever else your organization has set up. The Connections page is where you manage which of those accounts are linked to you.

Where to find it​

Open your profile menu (top right) and choose Connections.

Connecting and disconnecting​

The page shows two groups:

  • Connected: services you've already linked, with the date you connected. Hover a card to reveal Disconnect.
  • Available: services your organization offers that you haven't linked yet. Click Connect and sign in to the service to authorize it.

Disconnecting revokes Informer's access immediately; anything that relied on the connection will ask you to connect again the next time it needs it.

Connections are yours: linking your Google account here doesn't give anyone else access to it. Apps that use a connection act on your behalf only where their design says so.
