End of support for PostgreSQL 11

As of November 9, 2023, PostgreSQL ended support for version 11. PostgreSQL supports a major version for five years after its initial release; after that it receives one final minor release and is then considered end-of-life. For details, see PostgreSQL's versioning policy.

Future releases of Informer no longer support PostgreSQL 11. PostgreSQL 16 is required as of Informer 5.9, and new installs use PostgreSQL 16 starting with 5.8.6.
