U2 "Resource request denied by pool"

The UniData/UniVerse error "Resource request denied by pool: Too many active resources, resource queue size exceeded" occurs because either all of the U2 Datasource's license seats are in use, or the Datasource reached its maximum simultaneous connections. The second is the more common cause.

Fix it by editing the U2 Datasource and increasing Max Simultaneous Connections. The default for a U2 Datasource is 2; the recommended value is 10. If it is already 10 and the error persists, raise it further. After changing the value, click Reset Connections, then Save.
