Informer Expert

The Informer Expert is an in-app help AI that answers questions from Informer's official documentation, giving clear, up-to-date answers without leaving the app. Open it from the AI icon next to the global search bar to reveal a help panel on the right side of the page.

Ask it how the product works, for example:

  • "How do you create a Dataset in Informer?"
  • "What's the difference between an Ad hoc Query and a Dataset?"
  • "Give me a quick start guide to setting up a Datasource."
  • "Explain this in Spanish."

The Help Center AI is one of the AI features an administrator can tune with standing instructions in Settings → Features. In Informer GO, the same help is available through the Copilot.

Earlier versions required you to connect a separate Help Center account (on the Zendesk-hosted help site) before the Informer Expert could search the documentation. The help AI now reads Informer's documentation directly, with no separate account or login.
