Moving Informer to a new server

Moving Informer to a new server is straightforward:

1. Install Informer 5 on the new server (Windows or Linux with Docker).
2. Back up the Informer database on the original server (Windows or Linux with Docker).
3. Restore that backup onto the new server using the restore steps in the same backup article.

This copies the entire Informer database to the new installation. If you also want the cached query results, see Moving ElasticSearch data and logs.

After moving, if local passwords stop working, the new server's tokenSecret likely differs from the original. See Fixing a "Bad Decrypt" error.
